We’re excited to introduce Jill, Mountainside’s personal training coach, dedicated to helping you achieve your fitness goals. With over 25 years of experience in personal training and nutrition services, Jill brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to our team.

Jill’s training philosophy focuses on empowering individuals to reach their full potential, regardless of their current fitness level. She emphasizes proper form, challenging oneself, and finding joy in physical activity to maintain motivation and overall well-being. Her extensive experience includes coaching NCAA athletes, remote clients, post-rehabilitation patients, and individuals seeking guidance on optimal nutrition and form.

As a seasoned coach, Jill offers personalized training and nutrition guidance, including:

  • Nutrition coaching for optimal performance and health
  • Recipe modifications for improved wellness
  • Expertise in fueling for youth athletes and post-recovery nutrition
