Position Overview

The Finance Manager will play a critical role in the day-to-day financial operations of The Outing Club. This individual will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, overseeing bookkeeping functions, analyzing cash flow, and serving as a key financial resource for Board Members. As a member of our leadership team, the Finance Manager plays a critical role in long term sustainability through daily financial management and an opportunity to inform long term planning. The ideal candidate brings a hands-on approach, a sharp eye for detail, an understanding of the community served by the OC, and a genuine enthusiasm for contributing to a mission-driven organization.
